Ski slopes open Thanksgiving weekend

Snowshoe Mountain Ski Resort plans to be open in less than ten day. The slopes are expected to open the Saturday after Thanksgiving. Canaan Valley, Timberline and Winterplace anticipate opening in mid-December.
