South Charleston man accused of sexual assault

A South Charleston man is accused of inappropriately touching a young girl. The victim says she told Twenty-six-year-old David Williams to stop, but when he refused she had to escape. Williams is charged with first degree sexual assault and first degree sexual abuse.
