Spencer Death is a Homicide Investigation

State Police are investigating a suspicious death at a home in Roane County. Thirty-six-year-old James Hall was found dead inside his home in Spencer Sunday afternoon. The cause of death is unknown, but police do suspect foul play. Anyone with tips should contact police as the investigation continues.
