“Spirit of West Virginia” unveiled at naming ceremony

Governor Jim Justice and major General James Hoyer were in attendance at the name unveiling of a 130th Airlift Wing C-130H. The plane will be named the “Spirit of West Virginia.” Justice and Hoyer both made remarks emphasizing the impact the National Guard has on the West Virginia economy. The Governor says the Guard contributes half-a-billion-dollars to the State’s economy.
