St. Albans Brunch Bill Gains Momentum
With a new ordinance passing in St. Albans, alcohol will be for sale earlier at restaurants on Sundays. After a second reading of the brunch bill this week, the ordinance just needs a signature and to be filed with the Alcohol Beverage Control Administration. Restaurants that hold a Class A license with the agency can then start serving alcohol at 10 a.m. on Sundays. Nitro and Charleston have similar rules in place.
