State Audit Problem

Governor Justice is digging deep into a state audit problem. Justice said the audit process has been messed up for nearly three years and as he says, “heads will roll” when he figures out who is to blame. The audit needs to be submitted to the Federal Department of Education but the deadline passed without it being properly done. He added the mistake forced West Virginia’s state institutions to float a greater share of student loan funding up front.
