State’s Next Superintendent

Less than a dozen names are on the list of those who want to be the state’s next superintendent of schools. The board president said he is a bit disappointed than there were not more applicants, but the state’s budget issues are the logical reason why there was little interest. The interviewing process gets underway next week. Current superintendent Michael Martirano is leaving this June.
