Student Charged With Making Terroristic Threats

West Virginia State Police in Boone County have arrested a teenager out of Putnam County for alleged social media threats made toward Madison Middle School. State Police said the student, who does not attend Madison Middle, has been charged with making terroristic threats and interruption of a governmental process. Eyewitness News reported the alleged threats were discovered Sunday evening.
