Suit Filed Against Utah Pharmacies

West Virginia Attorney General Patrick Morrisey says lawsuits have been filed in Raleigh County against two Utah pharmacies. The suits stem from the companies’ alleged involvement in a scheme involving the sharing of personal information and looks to block the companies from doing business in the state. A $5,000 fine would also be assessed for both David Pharmacy LLC and Rock City Pharmacy LLC.
