Suit Over Where the Governor Lives is Thrown Out

A West Virginia judge has dismissed a lawsuit filed by a Democratic state delegate against Republican Gov. Jim Justice demanding that he live in the capital city. The judge threw out the suit because there wasn’t advanced notice of the lawsuit filed with the state. The petition could be refiled. Gov. Justice doesn’t live at the governor’s mansion in Charleston, but at his Lewisburg home in Greenbrier County.
