Survey Shows Dissatisfaction with Broadband
A new survey of 1,300 people in West Virginia shows most are unhappy with internet service. Get Connected West Virginia is a group that supports broadband expansion, and said the results showed 75 percent are dissatisfied with the cost of internet service. 58 percent are unhappy with the internet speed. The survey was open to residents in all 55 counties. Lawmakers have bills before them now that aim to improve broadband service, especially in rural areas.
