Teacher Work Stoppage Enters a Fourth DAy

West Virginia union leaders said Monday at a rally at the state capitol that they’ll be extending an education strike for a fourth day today and urged legislative leaders and Gov. Jim Justice to come to the bargaining table and resolve a strike. The work stoppage by school employees is getting attention across the nation. Thousands are planning to show up at another rally today on the capitol steps.
