Teenager in protective services custody is missing

A teenager that was in the custody of West Virginia Child Protective Services is missing. Fourteen-year-old Lachaela Putnick was temporarily placed with a foster family in Wyoming. She left the family earlier this week while on vaction in Yellowstone National Park. Putnick has ties to North Charleston. She has brown hair and brown eyes, is 5’4″ and weighs 130 pounds. Call police if you have any information.
