Teens Arrested for Car Thefts

Charleston police have arrested five juveniles they think are behind several car thefts and burglaries. More than 20 of them have happened near the East End near the Capitol building, upper Kanawha City and Oakridge Drive, according to Lt. Steve Cooper. The kids targeted people’s homes at night while the victims slept, and took firearms in some cases. Most of the suspects are in their mid-teens.
