Text Messages Lead to Two More Drug Arrests

Kanawha County Sheriff’s Office’s STOP Team makes another drug arrest after a search warrant is served in the 2000 block of Stephen’s Way in Hugheston. Chief Deputy Mike Rutherford says 50-year old Paul Fleet was arrested for possession with intent to deliver drugs. During the arrest, two others texted to say they would be bringing by more drugs for him to sell. 39-year old Cedric Coping and 30-year old Brandon Overton of Montgomery came by and were arrested with crystal methamphetamine. They were both charged with possession with intent to deliver controlled substances.
