The remnants of Hurricane Florence drenching WV

The remnants of Hurricane Florence will continue drenching West Virginia today. Expect heavy rain to track through the area this morning, especially north of I-64. One to one-and-a-half inches may come down in a few hours, which is enough to cause some localized street flooding. The rain will move out by late tonight.
