Governor Tomblin is encouraging all West Virginians to visit www.WVFLOOD.com for flood recovery information. Tomblin put the word out Friday while saying the link provides help for those rebuilding after last month’s floods and gives easy access to all available assistance. The site is updated daily with information from the West Virginia Division of Homeland Security and volunteer organizations.
