Tomblin new program

Governor Tomblin has a new program to help small business recover from the damage of the June 23rd flood. The new RISE WestVirginia grant program was unveiled on Monday. State money and private donations will fund the two-million dollar grant program, which can mean as much as ten-thousand dollars for small businesses that qualify.
