Tools stolen from Books & Brews

The owner of the future site of Books and Brews, on Washington Street West, confronted a man trying to steal tools from the construction site, but the man took off. The owner said the man had “wild eyes,” and appeared to be on drugs. Surveillance video shows him leaving with a pair of bolt cutters in his hand.
