Tornado
The National Weather Service says they’ve confirmed a tornado touched down in Vinton County over the weekend. It happened Saturday evening near MacArthur and left a few downed trees in its wake. It registered an EF-1, which is considered fairly weak. Winds were measured around 105 miles per hour.
