Tree Campus USA

For the third year in a row, West Virginia State University is a Tree Campus USA. The National Arbor Day Foundation recognized the efforts of WVSU for its urban forest management. There are five different standards that WVSU had to meet, including dedicating a certain budget toward maintaining the trees on campus, and having a tree advisory committee and a tree care plan.
