Turnpike toll rates may go up

Toll rates on the West Virginia Turnpike may be going up. The Parkways Authority is considering an option that would double the two-dollar rate that passenger cars pay at each tollbooth. The committee is also considering at 25-dollar flat fee for unlimited use of the Turnpike.
