Turnpike traffic back-up

Traffic on the West Virginia Turnpike is a mess. Construction on I-77 coupled with heavier than normal traffic from Hurricane Florence evacuees is adding up to hours of delays. Governor Justice has directed the DOT to suspend construction work on I-77 northbound from the state line to Charleston.
