Turnpike traffic down over Thanksgiving

The West Virginia Parkways Authority says Turnpike traffic was down over the holiday travel period. Turnpike traffic dropped almost two-percent over the Thanksgiving holiday. There were nearly 775-thousand toll transactions this year. That’s almost ten-thousand less that last year.
