Two girls rescued from Kanawha River

Charleston police rescued two young girls who ran from their father and jumped into the Kanawha River. The girls, ages seven and eight, have an intellectual disability and ran from their father at the Clay Center, down Kanawha Boulevard and jumped into the river. Two officers jumped in after them and pulled them to safety. Both girls are doing okay.
