Two people arrested for animal cruelty

Two people are under arrest for animal cruelty. Officers responded to a home on Walnut Street in Logan and found three dogs outside with no food or water, and a dead dog inside the home that had been partially eaten by the other dogs. They also found a rabbit in a cage and a dead rabbit in the yard. Thirty-five-year-old Charles Rosati, and 33-year-old Virginia Miller are charged with felony animal cruelty.
