U.S. Marshal collecting over a $1 million from Justice’s companies

The U.S. Marshal for the Southern District has been authorized to collect over a million-dollars owed by companies owned by Governor Jim Justice and his family. It stems from a court judgment in favor of WestRock, a Georgia based packaging company. WestRock says Justice’s companies defaulted on an agreement to supply coal to power a Florida paper mill.
