University of Charleston names new President

The University of Charleston has named a new President. Dr. Martin Roth will become the 26th President when Dr. Edwin Welch retires next year. Roth is the Dean of the Barney School of Business at the University of Hartford; he was selected after a six month search, and will be formally introduced in January.
