Video Lottery Machines

More video lottery machines are heading to West Virginia. The state Lottery agreed yesterday to bid out more than 700 more permits for limited video lottery machines. The “Gazette” reports that it will cost two-thousand-dollars for a minimum bid and they will be issued in early September. West Virginia law says there can be nine-thousand-machines across the state but less than seven-thousand are currently running.
