Water Company

There will not be a trial in the case against West Virginia American Water Company. A settlement was reached yesterday that will mean WVAW will pay 126 million dollars, and Eastman Chemical will pay another 25 million to the plaintiffs. Both were being sued over the 2014 chemical spill that led to the contamination of the water used by more than 300-thousand people.
