Water crisis claims could be denied because of errors

A federal court is poised to distribute 150-million dollars to water crisis victims around the Charleston area, but a review of claims forms shows mistakes the could mean ten-percent of those claims will be denied. Attorneys say most of the mistakes are easy fixes, but there is a July 26th deadline to complete the corrections.
