Wayne High School student charged with making threats

A Wayne High School student is accused of making terroristic threats. Eighteen year old Stephen Ramsey is charged with threating terrorist acts. Two female students claim Ramsey threatened to bring an AK-47 to school and shoot them. Ramsey says he was talking to himself after an altercation with two students who pushed him to the ground and a third student hit him with a paint roller.
