West Virgina received $8 million from Homeland Security

West Virginia will receive more than eight-million-dollars from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. U.S. Senators Shelly Moore Capito and Joe Manchin say the money will be used for preparation and implementation of disaster response, and help local governments increase security.
