West Virginia has a new lottery director

West Virginia has a new lottery director. Governor Justice has named John Myers as director of the agency. He replaces Alan Larrick, who resigned earlier this month. Myers has been serving as Secretary of Administration for the Governor. He was acting director of the lottery from 2015 to 2017.
