West Virginia House of Delegates elects new speaker

The West Virginia House of Delegates has a new speaker. House members elected Republican Roger Hanshaw of Clay County to replace Tim Armstead, who resigned to run for the state Supreme Court. Hanshaw was sworn-in yesterday and will serve in the speaker position until the legislature reconvenes in January.
