West Virginia joins case to unwind DACA program

West Virginia Attorney General Patrick Morrisey is once again working towards unwinding the DACA program. Morrisey says he joined forces with nearly a dozen other states to urge the U.S. Supreme Court to hear an immediate review of a lower court decision to block President Trump’s ability to dismantle the program.
