West Virginia Leaders Comment on Trump Controversy

U.S. Sen. Shelley Moore Capito is among those critical of Donald Trump’s remarks caught on tape that were vulgar toward women. In a statement released over the weekend, Capito said Trump should think about withdrawing his candiday. Capito said she was personally disturbed by Trump’s remarks. West Virginia Senate President Bill Cole endorsed Trump for president earlier this year, but also criticized his remarks toward women. Cole said, “Demeaning women is never acceptable.”
