West Virginia Soldier Killed in Louisiana

The U.S. Army is investigating after an 18-year-old soldier at Fort Polk in Louisiana was killed. Private Jacob S. Malcolm of Hedgesville, W.Va., was fatally shot on April 12 on the base and a spokeswoman told The American Free Press that the gunshot wound was not self-inflicted. Malcolm enlisted in February 2017 and was serving as an infantry rifleman.
