West Virginia State Trooper receives Purple Heart

A West Virginia state trooper, who was shot in the line of duty last year in Lincoln County, will be honored today. Sgt. David Fry will receive the Purple Heart and Medal of Valor. Fry was shot twice during a domestic hostage situation in Alum Creek. He has returned to duty after eight months of rehabilitation.
