West Virginia unemployment rate is up

West Virginia’s unemployment rate was up in November. All 55 counties in the state reported an increase in jobless numbers. Workforce West Virginia says Jefferson County had the lowest unemployment rate in the state at 3-percent. Calhoun County was the highest at 9-point-5 percent.
