WEST VIRGINIA WILL SHARE IN A 220-MILLION-DOLLAR LAWSUIT WITH DEUTSCHE BANK, A FINANCIAL COMPANY ACCUSED OF MANIPULATING INTERST RATES. THE BANK DEFRAUDED GOVERNMENT ENTITIES AND NOT-FOR-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS OUT OF MILLIONS OF DOLLARS BY USING FALSE DATA. WEST VIRGINIA IS ONE OF DOZENS OF STATES INCLUDED IN THE SETTLEMENT.
