West Virginia’s water crisis settlement delay until February

The final decision on West Virginia’s water crisis settlement is one step closer to being finalized. The 2014 chemical spill into the Elk River contaminated the water supply. Freedom Industries reached an over 150-million-dollar settlement with West Virginia American Water and Eastman Chemical. A final court date is scheduled for February.
