Wheeling gets pay raise

Wheeling city employees are getting another pay raise. The City Council approved a three-percent raise for all full-time employees, including law enforcement, at Tuesday night’s council meeting. It doesn’t include elected officials. City workers also got a three-percent raise last year. Officials say it will cost about 390-thousand-dollars.
