Winter commencement is Saturday
Final plans are in place for graduation ceremonies this week at Marshall University and WVU. Marshall’s winter commencement is Saturday, 12-hundred student will get their diplomas. WVU’s commencement is the same day with close to three-thousand graduates in two ceremonies.
