Woman arrested for elder abuse

A Charleston woman is under arrest for elder abuse. Peggy Quesenberry is accused of neglecting her 75-year-old mother, Judy Quesenberry, who was found bonded to the blanket on her bed. Medics found the home in unlivable conditions with trash piled waist high. Judy Quesenberry is in stable, but critical condition at CAMC General.
