Woman arrested for making fake 911 calls

A Charleston woman is under arrest for making fake 911 calls, and a lot of them. Police have a long list of calls, made under a fake name, all tracing back to Kassandra Fridley. She was first accused in 2016 of making 600 fake calls in less than a month. She’s now facing charges for the third time.
