The West Virginia Coal Association is embracing President Trump’s rollback of EPA guidelines. Trump signed a sweeping executive order this week while saying it will lead to energy independence in the U.S. The President said the action will help revive the coal industry by ending a “war on coal.” The Association says Vice President Mike Pence told West Virginia during his visit Saturday in Charleston that the war on coal is over, so they knew good changes were coming.
