WV Courtesy Patrol

A bill in the House could soon spell the end to West Virginia’s Courtesy Patrol. The House Committee on Roads and Transportation passed the measure yesterday and it now heads to the House Finance Committee. Elimination would save the state as much as five million dollars a year.
