WV Junior College Building is Sold and Donated
The West Virginia Junior College building in downtown Charleston has a buyer, and that person has donated it to the Catholic Diocese of Wheeling-Charleston. The building sold for about $950,000 and the Gazette-Mail reports the school will stay in the building for three to seven more years while it looks for a new facility. The school will look for a building with better parking and access for students. The college will lease space from the diocese from now until the time it moves. No word yet what the building will turn into once the college exits.
