WV Lottery Director

Alan Larrick is the new director of the West Virginia Lottery. Governor Jim Justice made the appointment hours before being sworn in as governor. Larkin is a long-time banker and lawyer from Beckley County. He is taking the spot of the Acting Director John Myers, who is now on the Justice staff as secretary of the state Department of Administration.
